(Linked to People Excellence Program) • Security’s responsibilities and duties apply to all departments and functions. It extends to all People, company facilities and assets (Breweries/DC’s/Vertical Operations, HQ’s/BSCs/CSOs, Sales, External Event Security (Marketing), Travel, etc). Wherever there are People and assets. The Security Function is transversal. Budget US$ 500'K actual spend CY17 West Africa BU. • Crisis Management & Compliance (Global Policy Compliance) • Protection of the Company and Brands Reputation through providing the steer in respect of all identified and unidentified crises that arise during the normal scope of business operations across the Zone, from other Zones that could impact the Africa Zone. Crises simulation practices simulated across BU's/Zone, risk assessment modeling to pre-empt mitigation for predictable events. • Events Management (Link to Marketing Excellence Programme) • Assess all planned Brand and Company events from a Security & Safety perspective, track all events, conduct post review of the events to drive improvement and learning with key stakeholders. (Internal & External) • Insurance Management • Track, trend and mitigate insurable losses (Stock, Vehicles), provide guidance on Brown/Greenfield investment/Capex expansion from a wide range of risks (Act of God to Security). • Forensic Investigations • BU Forensic Investigations provides a comprehensive Internal forensic audit/investigation in house service-to-the-company. Developing and implementing a Forensic Investigation and recommending Control strategies to minimize risks, losses and exposures ensuring that risks are effectively and accordingly mitigated. Provision of an in-house forensic audit service to the Africa Zone including research, profiling, investigation, cyber forensics, prosecution both internal and supporting external Judicial authorities (Criminal/Civil/Labour Courts) with evidence compilation and recovery of misappropriated-assets/funds.
