My organization is located in the capital city of Dhaka, Bangladesh. This organization provides security services and consultancy and sells security equipment. On the other hand, this organization also makes security-related studies, blogging; and think tanks. My responsibilities in this organization are below: o Leading security operations, security plan, procedures, operational decisions & critical problem-solving in a cool manner o As a member of management, engaging in having plans, creative ideas, decisions & technical issue management. o Supervised Marketing. Highly contributed to business development. Stakeholder awareness. o National & Globa Security studies & accordingly enriching the website dhakaeye.com with contemporary content, seeing SEO, hostings, etc. o Widening political & security-based content of Dhaka Eye on Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, and also on reputed security, political & military Facebook groups. o Leading communication and relations with clients, meeting clients’ requirements ASAP, handling complaints, and ad hoc visits to security posts at clients’ places including midnight visits. o Organizational management, supervised subordinates such as ex-warrant officers, ex-sergeants, ex-corporal, etc. o Preparing the Code of Conduct of the guard force, designing their SOP & directing or facilitating their capacity-building training so that they could mitigate issues & disputes as first responders at the given places. o Assessing, planning & having security equipment & uniforms with seeing, storage & logistics. o Advising on clients’ surveillance systems, access control, intrusion detection, and emergency security system including fire detection devices, alarms, fire escape routes, assembly points, emergency kits, and first aid.
