South Sudan-Juba  Technical experience: Training of staff on field security in fragile conflict contexts /such as APD, information sharing, Civil military negotiations skill, communication during crises/ emergency, Humanitarian Guiding Principles, SRA, SOPs, Contingency plan for all mobile teams, Establishment & Coordination of NGOs activities with relevant stake holder , behavioral risk education; cultural respect for others, hostage incident and survival skills, Gender security, Risk Analysis, evacuation plan, incident report Convoy and checkpoints procedures, fire incident, personal security January 2017 – Current World Vision South Sudan Field Staff Safety and Resilience Coordinator (IRRM )- Upper Nile Region-High Risk  To provide oversight and coordination to WVSS Country Programs (CPs) to ensure that appropriate security systems and procedures are in place and are fully operational.  To provide local security information and expertise, as well as strategic and technical input to all WVSS’ Country Programs in the development and management of their Field Safety and Security Plans (FSPs) and other security risk management documents and provides recommendations for improvement as necessary.  To develop and maintain an information network to provide analytics of (potential) threats to WVSS' programs.  To strengthen and drive the risk assessment process by carrying out regular threat and vulnerability assessments, adapting procedures accordingly and monitoring compliance, together with the Country Programs security focal points. Ensure that all staff are aware of any changes in the security situation.  To help in advising security management decisions, procedures, policies and practices, including the management of critical incidents. Monitor open sources and cultivate different sources of information / analysis around safety and security trends in the region. Share relevant information items with senior line managers and Security Manager.  To help in review, improve and adjust WVSS’ staff tracking systems as necessary and monitor staff compliance.  To stay up-to-date with national trends and developments in the field offices, monitor current events, political decisions and legislative changes.  To investigate and forecast emerging threats with country teams to aid in proactive planning and response strategies  To carry out regular threat and vulnerability assessments and amend working procedures accordingly. Ensure that all staff are aware of any changes in the security situation.  To monitor WVSS' security portal to ensure Country Programs' plans, standard operating procedures, contingency plans, constant companions and other relevant safety and security documents are updated and disseminated.  To effectively implement World Vision South Sudan safety and security risk management system in the roving areas of Upper Nile and national office.  To assist World Vision’s Security Manager by monitoring and responding to security alerts and threats which signals a risk to traveling World vision’s employees  To assist in defining/ implementing roles and responsibilities for safety and security management. Optimizing organizational/departmental efficiency and performance.  To ensure compliance with WVSS security training and learning policy. Implement agency wide trainings at the field and country level, including those for drivers and guards.  To document dates and types of security training staff members have received and make recommendations on training needs. Strengthen local training capacity and facilitate trainings as is needed.  To work closely with key stakeholders across country Security forum to ensure threat analysis and products are mapped to prioritized World vision’s assets and risks.  To networking: Establish, implement and maintain an external stakeholder (law enforcement, security .
